OLA is an executive condominium (EC) development located in Anchorvale Crescent Sengkang in District 19 in the North-Eastern area of Singapore. The 99-years leasehold development has a total of 548 residential units and is expected to be completed in year 2023. Ola is jointly developed by Evia Real Estate and Gamuda Land, two well-experienced developers in property and township development in Singapore and Southeast Asia. OLA is the second collaboration of the duo after the successful sell-out of Gem Residences.
